The signal shock tube consists of narrow plastic tube coated inside surface with a very thin layer of high explosives. Shock tube can be initiated by plain, electric, seismic detonators, detonating cord & mechanical shot shell starter device. In resulting shock ways travels at high speed (2000 m/s) through the tube towards detonator connected at the other end. The shock waves produce sucient energy to initiate plain detonator
