The short interval delay detonator has been widely used for blasting. The composition of delay detonator is
the same as electric or plain detonator, but the delay element is placed in between the fuse head and primary
charge. It is vitiated by an electric impulse. Millie second and half second delay electric detonators are mostly
used for quarrying, open pit and breaching projects
